Thank you for shopping with Luxura. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped once you complete your purchase on our Shopify store.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times are separate from carrier shipping times.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Typical delivery timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.) — 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.) — 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping — 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries.

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Luxura is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Luxura is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as “Delivered.”

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@luxurabeautycare.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions based on:

  • International regulations

  • Product materials (e.g., flammable or hazardous goods)

If an item cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
